Air Day Tours Ltd (the “Company“)accept no liability of any kind whatsoever to you and/or any customer, personal injury, loss, consequential loss or damage of any kind you and/or your group, and/or your dependents may suffer unless caused by our own direct negligence. The Company is a tour operator and arrange with service providers for different activities.

- The Company cannot fully guarantee that all information are accurate on a live basis, The Company will not be responsible for any errors or any interruptions arising due to breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our the Company’s website

- The Company reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone at our sole discretion.

- The Company reserve the right to cancel booked tours or any activities at any time in the event of dangerous weather conditions or unforeseen operational problems.

- The Company’s website should not be considered as a recommendation or endorsement of the quality, service level, qualification or rating of any supplier. Any reliance on the material on the Company website is entirely at your own risk.

- The Company is under no obligation to change any information on the Company website including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. The Company reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission and to change or update information or cancel bookings if any information on the Company website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

- The Company is not responsible for any issue due to circumstances beyond our control, for example, when the Company have to notify a change to your arrangements after departure, or when our suppliers or the Company cannot supply your arrangements in full or in part as agreed, you suffer any loss, injury, accident, or damage of any description to person or personal property.

2. Cancellation policy

Cancellation before departure because of bad weather: Full refund

Cancellation 24 hrs before departure : no refund

Cancellation 48 hrs before departure: 50% refund

5.Pricing

1. All prices listed are inclusive to any applicable tax. All prices listed are per person or group and subject to confirmation. Prices and any description are prone to error and such errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding/liable.

2. All services are subject to currency change which is beyond our control. If the price of your booking changes, we will pass on the details of the change to you as soon as possible. Prices for the activities on the website are in shown currency. It is possible to pay for the activities in euro, pound sterling, or dollars in such cases the price will be converted at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.

6.Payment process

1. All Online booking can only be made with a valid credit card. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received.

2. If you do not wish to use the online booking, you can contact us via whatapps number provided or by email onto which we will assist how to make the payment.

3. Customers can always contact the Company to discuss alternative payment methods , if you do not want to use our payment system or do not own a credit card. We accept cash on arrival depending on conditions/services purchase or bank transfer (we will share our bank details with you).

4. All Booking will be considered valid only when approved by the bank.

5. For bookings through our website, only credit cards are accepted. Full payment is required to make a booking. Credit cards which accepted are: VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
